EXPERT RECOVERY LTD is incorporated under the Laws of
Ghana per the Companies Code, 1963(Act 179). The company engages in diverse
forms of services which include Debt Recovery, Debt Management, Risk and
Monitoring, Revenue Collection, Conflict Management and Resolution and Pre-Loan
Due Diligence. We have our corporate office in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region,
and other affiliates across the various regions of Ghana.
Global Expert has as its vision to
offer assistance to both institutions and individuals alike to recover their
cash and assets to curtail the phenomenon of bad debts. Our independent
research has unveiled that the issue of bad debt is occasioned due to quite a
number of factors. Some of these factors are; management’s fears of losing time
to litigate at the peril of its core administrative duties, management’s lack
of requisite expertise and capacity, lack of recovery focus, inefficient
utilization of human resources. Again, some management members mandated to
undertake recovery of debts are not able to exert the required pressure due to
familiarity with debtors. In effect, these factors go to inure negatively on
the company’s core business objective.
